Sing at First Sight, Bk 2: Foundations in Choral Sight-Singing Paperback – 11 Jan. 2007

As is the case with level 1, this book is very good. However, there are two shortcomings.1) It seems that the audio recordings can be obtained only if you buy the very expensive copyable versions. The sound files should be downloadable if you buy the basic versions. There are many music tuition books whose sound files you can download once you have bought the books.2) Level One is available for Kindle, but level 2 is not.I have a large number of books, both non-academic and academic on my Kindle. This saves me from having to carry a ton of 'real' books with me when I am away from the house. I am retired and am unable to drive due to a medical condition similar to MS. I use public transport, and I like to spend a lot of time in my local public library which has Wi-Fi that I can use with my Fire tablet. It's a pity that Level 2 is not available for the Kindle.

I am sure that, for a choral singer, these would be a great help. I had hoped that they would help with sight singing for the aural part of the piano exams. For that purpose they are not really helpful. My fault, not theirs.
