This is a pretty cool bottomless espresso basket from Staresso. It fits the SP300 perfectly and produces a very good tasting shot. Yes, there are other 54mm baskets but how much more flavor can you pull using medium dark roasts with a simple albeit good, espresso pump machine? Well, this does the job for me and along with a puck screen and paper filter, I was able to get a nice dry puck as you can see This was my fourth attempt at pulling a shot. Ever. So you can imagine my surprise! The cup I pulled had a nice intense chocolate flavor using Lamill’s Coffee called Velvet With some frothed milk, it was everything I hoped it would be This is a good basket. It’s not high end, but then you’re not paying that kind of money either for a good cup of espresso, I highly recommend the Staresso 53mm basket. Especially for your SP300
