I am not a smoker but I am using these for the health benefits of nicotine. I can attest to the fact that they are good and consideration of the rumors that Amazon is selling fake nicotine patches. They're not fake at least these aren't and they work great for my needs. They stay on the area you have applied them very well. Definitely worth the money as I returned a box to Walgreens which was garbage. You can barely see them on your skin but I usually put a Band-Aid over it to make sure it does not get bumped off. It usually stays on from 7:00 in the morning until about 4:00 or 5:00 by that time it's wore out

Got this with a coupon, 10% off 38.99, which is a good deal for this kind of set. I’ve used Nicoderm CQ along with several other generic brands (Walmart, CVS, etc.) and I should say this is on par with all of them. For me, it helps about 80% of the time, which was my experience with Nicoderm CQ and the other generics, therefore I use this in conjunction with Nicotine lozenges. It sticks better to me than any other brand I’ve used, as the Step 1 “sticker” is much smaller than what I’m used to seeing. I think the smallness of the patch leads to it sticking better. With Nicoderm CQ and the other generics, I’ve found myself pressing on the patch throughout the day as I notice it not sticking to my skin after some time. Eventually I hope to wean off the nicotine lozenges I use and only rely on the patch, to then wean off the patch stepping down each step respectively. I have noticed I have less vivid dreams with this patch in comparison with Nicoderm CQ and the other generics, which is great, I’m tired of having bad dreams about work before I have to go go work. Itchiness is still a factor, but doesn’t bother me… I’m used to it. The fact that it works 80% of the time for me may differ for you. I’ll likely buy more of the Step 1 patches of this brand and save the step 2 and 3 patches for later when I’m ready. Admittedly I been stuck on step 1 patches for over a year now, and struggle to make myself step down, let alone stop taking the lozenges. So this should at least help me spend less on patches. And it’s better to be hooked on patches than be hooked on cigarettes. I believe these are made in China, and if that bothers you, than keep paying more for your patches.

This is helping me quit smoking. A few downsides- it doesn’t last all day but still starts my day off right. It does give me weird dreams so I take it off right before bed. Does not irritate my skin and I do have sensitive skin. Small and easy to hide. I keep the box in my purse so I never forget to put it on! 8/10

Cheap and solid. Would recommend. Works the same as the normal brands and sticks just as well/bad if you hate them falling off like I do. And they all suck at sticking. But you can shave the part of your arm you are putting it on and clean it with 70-90% ISO an it will stick much better.

Got this for my 31 yo daughter. She no longer vapes. I told her if she ever wanted to quit I would buy her patches. Well dang if they weren't a fortune. I was happy when I found these. Good investment.

The patches work inconsistently and they're a bit messy. The reason I say that is because some have nicotine in them and some seem to have none at all, I even applied 2 patches at the same time and they did nothing for me. The patch sticks well but leaves a perfect outline of sticky patch shaped residue on your skin that isn't the easiest to get off. I wouldn't buy them again.
