Battery not supported message
The battery is advertised as being compatible with a variety of Lenovo laptop models including the E431. When I installed the battery in my E431 laptop, during the boot-up sequence a large message was displayed saying "Battery Not Supported . . . " Will be curious to see if battery works in spite of Lenovo error message. Either way, advertising copy for this item is deceptive on Amazon product listing.

Died fast. Barely past a year. Stay away
Don’t wast your money. Barely made it past a year. I bought same battery from same seller under different listing. That listing is pulled. Holds 0 charge now. Only has 12 month warranty. Will buy different brand for sure.
