Got this nasal irrigation system. It's like a machine that rinses out your nose. It came with a bunch of salt packets to mix with water. It's a little weird at first, but it's not bad. It has a button to start and stop the water. The used water goes into a separate container, which is good. My sinuses feel a lot clearer after using it.It's easy to use.

I had been using this Nasal Irrigators. And I can see good results. However one month of using every 3 days broke down. Today I am contacting the supplier. I will let you know how they respond.

I recently tried this, and I must say it’s been a game changer for my daily routine. This item is dangerous! If it had a Zero rating, I would give that. I have used Navage for years and am pretty happy with it. We were on the road and without my Navage. I felt like I needed to do a sinus rinse and thought, I'll give this one a try. IT RUINED MY DAY SO FAR!!! It has ZERO suction nor even pressure relief for what should be the suction side. It pushed high pressure up my left nostril to the point that it was blowing water out around the left rubber nostril piece. I did not realize what was happening to me until it was too late. It popped my left ear drum, and I fell backward into the wall without even realizing I had lost my sense of balance. I now have terrible pain in my left ear and above my left eyebrow. I am including several photos to challenge anybody to explain how this thing can draw suction or even vent the right side to compensate for the pressure on the left. I am thinking of not returning it to keep it as evidence in case I sue! I am so upset! I am in no way clogged or even stuffed up that inhibits breathing from either and both nostrils!! THIS IS DANGEROUS! I have to drive 650 miles today. Now I wonder if I even can!

I have used various nasal irrigation items and sprays over the years, this one is quite effective! I don't like the sprays much, but they work when not able to pack the things and boil water for the other units. The pot kind I have is nice and my normal go to so far. But this nasal irrigation system is so easy to use, and works much quicker. Gets out any congestion without standing over the sink like I would have to with others. It collects in the reservoir container, and is easy to dump and sanitize. Easy to use for any age, just change out the nasal plugs for size if needed.

So, I decided to give this nasal passage system a try, and after using it for a few weeks, here’s my take. Once I finally figured it out, I was impressed with how well it worked. However, I did find that after wearing it for a while, it could start to feel a tad annoying. Maybe it’s just me, but it felt a little intrusive when I had it in for extended periods.Overall, I think it’s a good product with some real potential, especially for anyone looking for relief from nasal congestion. Just be ready to play around with it a bit. I’d give it three stars—not bad, but it could definitely use some fine-tuning! Would I recommend it? Sure, just keep your expectations in check.

It works!

Works better than a netty pot and easy to hold! It included lots of little nasal rinse mix packets so I could use it right away without needing to make my own solution. I'm looking forward to seeing the results over time to help with my allergies. Great!
