My husband and I carry a number of over the counter/ prescriptions meds with us when we leave home. I have been looking for just the right pill container that could accommodate a small quantity of a number of medications. This works perfectly to bring: Tylenol, Benadryl, Claritin, naproxen sodium, kids Tylenol, prescription meds etc... with us without taking up a bunch of room. It is slightly larger than a deck of cards. I am not thrilled with the deep red color, as it appears to have a brown under tone. But this product is well made, seals well, and is easy to take along.

I used to just dump a hand full of OTC pain, allergy and heartburn meds in a small bottle to keep in my purse and sort through them to find what I needed in the moment. This little case has changed my life.Now I can keep the pills separate in their own little organized compartments and get what I need without having to dump the bottle. It doesn't take up much space, but it holds an astounding number of pills.The outer latch is solid. It takes enough force to open that it doesn't come undone by being jostled around in my bag or by being dropped, but is also easy enough to be unlatched with your thumb. The individual compartment latches are a tad bit weaker, but as long as you don't overfill the compartments, they stay firmly in place. When filling the box, the compartment lids can be removed completely for easy filling.In the four months I've had this, I've never had an accidental spill, and have always been prepared for whatever life throws at me. I bought two more, one for vitamins and one for prescriptions for when I travel.Also, if you're not a fan of the logo, it comes right off with nail-polish remover.

I’ve been using multiple pill cases because I couldnt find a small one that fits in the purse while also holding many different medications. Until I found THIS. It is so perfect (except the red color; not a big fan of that but oh well!). Fits all my medications plus vitamins, pepto bismol, and tums. Now I only need one pill case to slip in my purse, and you can’t even imagine how wonderful that is. I am so happy with this. I also already dropped it once and it remained closed!!! Just buy it!

This makes it super easy to take my medications with me, with out the bulk Of traditional pill organizers. I like that it included labels so you can label your medicines however you like. The only thing I wish is that the bigger sections were divided into smaller ones so you could fit two full weeks or am and pm.

Love this pill box! I take about a million pills a day and my pill box always opens in my purse, so really I take a million pills and a handful of lint each day. I bought this for the clasp and it is PERFECT. It has not opened on me once, and even if it does each day has a good clasp too. The only issue I have is filling it, it can be a bit unstable causing me to spill pills. But I figured it out and I’m just a bit more careful.I could see the strong clasps being an issue if you have fine motor issues.

I love how compact this folds up. I had been using a rectangular 7 day pill sorter to keep different over the counter medications in my purse. That worked, but sometimes the compartments popped open, and it was too long to fit in a small bag. This solves both problems. It folds up small so it fits in a wristlet, and the outer clasp means the compartments don’t open up.

This is a great pill case for traveling or if you have a larger purse. I only take pain relievers or allergy meds, so that is what goes in here. But I love the different compartments and the fact that it folds over and closes securely. If you take several different meds this is perfect for travel.

These look really small but they pack a lot of pills and don't offer a chance for pills to spill. I have about a dozen different types of pills. I took two of these cases for a 10 day trip overseas and it held everything. I think the compartment sizes could all be the same size instead of some small and some large. Recommended
