I'm 40+, my PMS symptoms seems to be getting worse as I age. I've used this product for the past 3 cycles (or 3 months) to make sure I could get an accurate idea of how these would work. They help me with the fatigue, keeps my mood even, and reduces cramping a lot, it is a noticeable difference. However it doesn't seem to do anything at all for the bloating, but that goes away on it's own after a day or two anyway. I find it helps if you start taking it a day or two before you expect your cycle to start. The effects are beneficial enough that I will continue using this and have also talked my daughter into using it as well.

Before I started taking these, I became extremely tired and bloated days before my menstrual period. I tried this because the the reviews were fairly good and the price was even better. I have been recommending it to my family and colleagues because these symptoms have lessened significantly for the two cycles in which I have been taking it. I am I am disappointed that the price has almost doubled in such a short time and hope I don't have to search elsewhere for the relief that this has provided any time soon due price hiking over short periods of time

They seem to work, cramps and not as painful. Pills when up in price in less than a month, they were 7.99 and now 11.99 😡 50 % increase

I bought this because my PMS symptoms can get out of control. And they sometimes seem to last far longer than a week - constantly being un-agreeable and up tight and irrationally emotional which is opposite to my usual state, bloated to the point where some of my clothes do not fit, major breakouts, and an appetite that makes me question everything about the human body. For the past 3 cycles, I've taken this at the very first sign of those symptoms, and I've noticed improvement! It hasn't completely eliminated any of my symptoms, but absolutely makes them small enough for me to actually be able to overlook - which has not been possible otherwise. I've noticed 0 negative side effects. The only con is that I wish the bottles contained more pills! Because of the quantity, I take them about 3-4x during PMS week rather than every day. But still notice the benefits, which is great! If you're a lady at your wits end, I'd say give it a try! I am always wary of the placebo effect, but considering I've used it for 3 consecutive cycles and have seen improvement with each one, I really think the ingredients just really bode well for my roller coaster hormones!

Helped get rid of my cystic acne aswell as made my period normal again. I noticed an improvement in two months.

I had to toss this out because if I even missed a day, I will quickly develope a massive migraine. I don't need a product that expects me to continuously buy it in order to prevent the migraines
