This foot rest is very versatile. It can be used as a foot rest under a desk which relieves knee/leg/foot pain. It can be used as a back rest for chairs that are not ergonomic. It can be used as a leg rest on a coffee table while you are sitting on a couch. You can even use it as a pillow, which I have not tried. The foot rest assists in sitting up straight in your chair which eliminates back pain. It is soft yet firm, and appears to be good quality. The cover can be removed to wash which is a good thing if you use this mostly for your feet.

Wanted something simple for under my desk. I work from home and work pretty long hours. Used this for 10 minutes. It went flat instantly. I think I’m going to go back to my old school foot stand. That one I know will keep my feet in the correct position.Used it in bed as a neck support and it worked there.Return due to not working as intended.
