I used these foot pads on myself and they really work. Easy to put on and they stick really well without coming off in the middle of the night. I wanted to try a foot detox to see if I'd overall feel better and help stimulate my slow lymphatic drainage I have. I felt great after 5 days of nightly use, worth 4 stars. The adhesive left a sticky residue after I removed then the next morning so I had to wipe my feet off. There wasn't any dark staining to my feet as the pad absorbed it all. It says to wear sicks to make sure the pads stays on properly which I did the first night, didn't care for bc I dint wear socks to sleep. Next remaining nights I used without socks with no issues with adhesion. Great quality product for economical compared similar products. I'll continue to use these in my regime.

The foot pads really work! I can feel the toxins being cleansed from my feet through a tingling feeling. The ingredients in the foot pads are all natural a huge plus for me. I highly recommend this product for a natural body cleanse coupled with a healthy diet to further its cleansing affects.

I've completed a 5 day treatment and not sure if it has helped or not. I will say last week I woke up with a headache every morning but this week I have not while using. Not sure if these patches have helped that or what. I will say that I have woke up feeling more focused and less of a brain fog. Also have woke up before my alarm each day ready to get up. Again, not sure if due to these or not but just telling my experience. The pads are not to big and fit good in the arch of your foot. The sticky pads hold up well but do wake up needing to scrub of stickyness after taking off. The pads do turn brown color every morning after use but think that's just the contents getting moisture and not necessarily me detoxing. They have a light smell which increases after use but it's not overwhelming. I will continue the rest of the pack after a 2 day break and if any different results from it then I will update the review. For the price, it's worth trying to see if it helps you.

They are easy to use. I love the size. And it’s all natural. The quality is good. I haven’t had any pain relief not yet.

I suffer from plantar fasciitits and these foot pads helped relive my foot pain! I applied them before going to sleep and awoke with much less discomfort. They are simple to use, smell nice, and the stickiness of the pad ensures a good hold so they don't slide off. Recommend!

These are the best detox foot patches I have tried. They really pull the toxins out. I do not like how sticky the adhesive is as it pulls my skins and leaves sore red marks on the sides of my feet that look like I have been burned. I have found a solution though. I bought neuropathy toeless socks as they fit very snug. I just slip the detox pad into the bottom at my arch, and as the toxins are pulled out, they stick to my feet. No more sore red skin yet still does the trick. I have had no difficulty with them staying in place. I also trim the corners to make them round so they don't poke me. This item is completely effective by detoxifying the body. I've used it years ago. I found it available so I bought it. I'm still happy with the results.

Does not get as much foot residue as I would like but does help with foot swelling.
