This little switch is amazing. The etherlighting works great, and the switch feature set is nice for the price. The main issue will be the size. It will not fit in the "tool-less" Ubiquiti rack. I added the 19-inch rack adapter kit and was able to mount it in a standard rack

It's another great product from Ubiquiti. Switch works perfectly and integrated right into my Unifi network. Easy to set up, great throughput. If you're building a rack, this is not rack mountable without an extra kit. I was able to 3D print a nice bracket that solved that issue but it's good to know. Otherwise, the etherlightifng is kind of gimmicky but looks really cool, so I guess it works! Love the unit.

Great little switch, the 4 2.5 gig ports are a godsend. Poe++ on all ports is great, as are the 2 10gig spf ports. It dees require a specific rack mount to fit into a standard 19" rack, but I was able to 3d print one, and flip it around so it alligns to the left.

Ubiquiti is top of the line when it comes to network equipment. Setup and implementation into my home Ubiquiti ecosystem was very easy. I orginally wanted the 24 port POE ubiquiti switch but this guy had better features and power for the same price. Very happy with my decision to go with this model instead. The etherlighting is pretty cool too. Only bummer is that it doesn't come with the mounting kit for a rack. But the switch itself get 5 stars in my opinion.

Works as advertised, you will need a device to run the unifi network off of but if you’re already in the ecosystem it’s a great addition.

Excellent product and adopted to my unifi network with zero issues

Bought this to replace an 8 port gigabit PoE Ubiquiti switch, and it's mostly a nice upgrade. I do wish a few more of the ports had PoE (it's limited to four), and perhaps more importantly, that the power supply was built in. Instead, there's an outboard power supply that plugs into the wall and has a barrel connector that goes to the back of the switch, so you have to find a place for the power supply to sit and hope the barrel connector doesn't become jostled out (it's far less secure than a traditional IEC plug, and there's no security screw or other mechanism to keep it in place). The old 8-port switch also had a sturdier construction, rack mounts, and a few other nice touches that have been pared off this new switch, which is considerably more expensive.
