Terrible battery life, I haven't even set up or used it yet bc I don't trust it. From fully charged, it's all but dead after my 8 hour shift with no programs running. Haven't installed anything, it just dies doing nothing.

Same issue as with others, only works on a 2g cell network which i missed in the specs. I'm on a 5g network so a complete waste of money. Does works on wifi but very slow, for me was a complete waste of money and time trying to get it to work on Mint mobile. Best place for this nice looking but useless phone, IS THE RECYCLE BIN AT BESTBUY

I love the phone so far. It’s good quality and simple to use. I was looking for a small and lightweight phone android. This is perfect. It comes with a detachable battery, charger, and headphones. I love the color and the shape. I’m so happy with my purchase. All apps download great, so issues. The phone is great! I will be giving it to my niece as a started phone to take to school.

I cannot say that they will all operate like this one did, but just holding it in your hand the device became so hot it was unbearable. I can only imagine if it had of been attached to a charger. I didnt even get that far in the process.

The picture shows what's in the box. Seems like a great deal. I just needed something for my mom to do basics like phone calls and email. This heap of junk wouldn't connect to the service it was advertised as compatible with. Maybe it would have eventually but it was too slow to get thru the registration process. Just updating the Google play app to functionality took ages. Pretty much any app or function would freeze or lock up the whole phone. And it came about 80% charged but almost all of that drained in the 1.5 hours I took just trying to download two small apps and get the phone set up so battery life is abysmal too. The speakers are also terrible. I could barely hear it on the loudest speaker phone setting. There's no way my elderly mother could have heard it. So the people saying this phone is good for elders have to buy lying. Don't waste your time on this misleading garbage.

This cheap is really cheap and it’s good for the old man and kids who are the new to using. It does come with everything like phone case, ear phone and charger. Good quality with light weight. The screen is just the perfect size for one hand to hold. Easy for using with long battery life . The phone is unlock.
