Painful at times and the touch button not responsive
I really wanted to keep them but my ear cartilage aches and I have small ears. also the touch button at the back is not responsive most of the time.

Product doesn't meet the quality for the price, didn't have any comfort on ear. And also while tried to return the item, couriers or sellers are automatically cancelling the return request. Receiving bad attitude from Team Amazon.

Nice sound and Comfortable
Just look a little fragile looks like running will only be experienced

less than 3 months now its DEAD
I have no complain on the fitment in my ear.Expect a not so rich sound quality as it is "open ear".Good quality mic for incoming calls.Definitely a safe ear piece for riding bicycles.BUT..LEFT piece stopped charging/working for no reason. never used it while in the shower or went swimming. It just stopped working.suggestion: just save a bit more and go for a different brand that is older than you.
