Delivery&Package:arrived on time, fully secured packed. no damaged showed. very helpful to help me carry to put the area i want to.Outlook:white colour of washing machine, slim body.maximum 6kg loading weight, small size for counple or small family. have multifunctional to choose depending the clothes weight, materials and colour. the big buttons to press and easy to use. my eight years girl can use it by self under me supervised.Price:its big bargains, i purchased when it has big offerer. the price is under my budget, really happy with that. Will purchase the other products future!Use Experience:I am big fan of comfee. been purcbased few of products. they are working perfectly. so on the washing machine I using about few days now. its working fine, does the job. little bit noise but its normal. its sturdy work, won't moving while spinnibg like some washing machine did. its small but work efficiency. washed clothes clean and dry enough!i will say so much thank you, the product overall five stars and would definitely purchase them other products again.

Great washing machine at a fantastic price, installation and recycle service included which was carried out by 2 lovely men, they were efficient, professional and ensured everything was cleared away and I that I was happy with everything before they left.

I paid for installation. The company turned up with no slide to protect the floor and I was very concerned about damage. In fact I could see some damage to my floor after they left but it was minimal and I put up with it. I found this machine loud and clunky but as it wasn’t very expensive I didn’t expect too much. On the second wash the clothes came out very wet. On the third wash the machine would not drain any water. I contacted comfee who told me to manually drain it. I did and as suspected no blockages to the filter and left with a flooded kitchen. I was then told to return it. I contacted Amazon and was advised it was going to be a week before someone would come and collect it. My experience was that there was no feal aftercare. No one sent out to assist me. I had to deal with water everywhere.I ordered another machine elsewhere and had to pay for another installation. This is where I discovered my floor under the machine was torn and water damaged.In fairness, Amazon have said they will reimburse for repairs. They will also give me vouchers (not money back) for installation of my new machine. But the time this has all taken, and the work it’s left me with, the damage and the lack of aftercare have left me wanting to not buy appliances from this company again. Buyer beware! Lesson learned to buy appliances from companies who provide good aftercare, and good delivery/ installation care.Today the machine was finally collected. The driver told me he didn’t want his other parcels to get wet from the machine and stripped all the packing (which I had to source as it had to be returned packed, even though the installers took all the packaging). Thankfully it was taken.

Ok, so it's a cheap basic washing machine that'll get the job done for your basic washing needs, however, I find it annoying that you cannot change the temperature manually for any wash, so the quick wash (15 mins) and rapid wash (45 mins) are both 20°c, which isn't ideal. To opt for a 40°c wash the quickest available is 1hr 20mins :-( . Design wise....the top part where the drawer and dial is sticks out like a sore thumb. It states it's a 9kg drum, yet fits considerably less than the 9kg machine I had prior to this. My biggest quarm is that there is no 90°c wash, but this is my fault for not checking first. It cleans ok and the clothes come out smelling fresh and clean and it isn't loud at all, in fact it's quieter than more expensive brands I've had in the past, so I suppose I would recommend for anyone that doesn't mind lengthy or colder washes or someone in a flat that needs a quiet machine.

The media could not be loaded. Delivered by two lovely men, they put it in the kitchen for me. I lowered it on its back, took the bottom packaging off, stood it up, cut the tape and pulled up the whole cardboard packaging as a whole. unpacking was a breeze. Took all components off the back (very importand) Easy to connect with my existing water pipe from old machine that was still attached to the water tap, thankfully i kept that as the water pipe outlet with the machine was far to short, running from the left side of the machine while my electric socket was on the right side underneath my sink cupboard. Up and running in no time at all. Machine is lovely and quiet when running, plentiful of programmes to chose from although to date ive only used the three, quick wash a 40min wash (my fave) and a coloured wash. Length of cycles are varied and long so for this reason I stick to a 40min wash. Large compartment for products, looks amazing, great size, fits well in its space. Give a little swirl prior and a jingle (reminder) after a wash. Very pleased with this machine to date just gutted I missed the offer for it on black friday but still, a fab purchase regardless.

Brilliant machine, very quiet washes well , quick wash 15 mins plus another around 45 min very happy with it 😊

Such a great machine and very quiet, I’m still going through the cycles but yes I recommend
