Palram Heavy Duty Greenhouse Shelf Bundle (4 Piece)

HARD to get the screws to go into the slots, especially hard on the hands to get all the slats to make the shelf. Be prepared for a lot of work. Also tricky to get the shelf to go onto the greenhouse supports, the nuts and bolts are VERY, very tricky!!!!! However once the nuts and blots pop into the right location it is SUPER easy to set up. One thing, you cannot put them into the corner if you already built the greenhouse. It looks like a stronger person could bend the window part of the greenhouse to get the bolt through its slot, but I cannot manage it. One of the slats came bent, but it doesn't affect the shelf itself. Once everything comes together the shelf is GREAT.

I purchased these shelves at the same time as a 6’x6’ Palram greenhouse. I pictured putting 3 of the shelves side-by-side along one of the walls. That won’t happen easily, as the shelves are designed to attach to the channeled aluminum uprights in the greenhouse, and the 6’ model only has channels on the 2 center uprights, so only one shelf will fit that way. I like assembling and making, so I’m sure that I can modify the shelves to get what I want. They are good, strong, shelves, but a good deal of assembly is involved in making 4 of them.

These shelves are difficult to attach to the greenhouse, especially in the corners, unless you're putting them in when you're assembling the greenhouse. They're sturdy enough, once in, but their utility is limited. I bought a stainless steel potting table, which is much easier to work with, sturdier, and functional. If I had it to do over, I would have bought a couple of more of the tables. Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't seem to carry them anymore. Live and learn.

great shelves to use in the greenhouse. The only problem is that Palram does not state in their manual to install the flat head screws into thespacing provided before complete assembly of the greenhouse hus making it easier to install the shelves.

These assemble really quickly, they come with hangars underneath the shelves to help guide any vine plants you might have growing underneath your shelves. They fit perfectly in the greenhouse. Very sturdy design.

I was so tickled to get my order a week ahead of estimate. I put 2 shelves in tandem on one side and 2 shelves in tandem on the other. I like how the shelves are of a decent depth and not so deep that the greenhouse gets claustrophobic I am so happy with the results that I have just placed an order for 2 more sets. After putting the greenhouse together on my own, installing these shelves was a piece of cake.

They were easy to put together and simple to hang. Very sturdy.
