Easy Functionality!
Nice weight, nice balance, easy to handle, feels like part of your hand, and in my opinion, works better than a chef's knife. When you are chopping vegetables, you can easily scoop them up, and the knife is nice and sharp! I wish I thought about using a knife like this a long time of go with it's functionality and quality!

Woah! This knife is amazing! Great design, easy to use, not a bad price. I think it will hold up very well! I love the shape of the blade, easy to chop and then scoop everything up for flatbreads or chicken salad sandwiches, you name it!

Nice weighted knife
It's weighted very well. Feels sturdy and solid. Handle is large enough and feels ergo. Blade is pretty sharp, a little longer than I had expected but I think it will work fine for what i want it for. Cuts tomatoes super thin without too much effort. Wondering how well it will cut meat.

nice blade, good handle, very sharp
Why did you pick this product vs others?:my reason for selecting this blade was the core alloy, but I'm less concerned with ease of sharpening, than edge retention. my personal preference in edge angles is compound 24-30 degrees. The factory edge is close enough my in house that only fine honing at 2000 grit diamond was needed to bring the edge to form. It's a bit heavy, but well balanced, and works well for thin slicing

Very sharp, high quality material and has not shown any signs of rust.
I have thumb arthritis and I do a lot of chopping and mincing for meals. I prefer this to choppers because I am assured that everything is chopped to my liking. This knife is very user friendly and allows my thumb to rest comfortably on the handle without pain. It glides through everything I use it on with ease and minimum pressure.

Nice and well made
Right size and weight for me. It's a little bit larger than I thought it would be but that's a good thing, you can scoop vegies easier. Perfect for all things that aren't too hard. I have a cleaver for those things. My girly friend really likes it also and she has arthritis. The knife isn't too heavy for her, but of course we only use it for meal prep so we're not using it for long periods of time. It's perfectly sharp and sort of pretty to look at. So far all I have are good things to say about it. Happy cooking to all of you. ( I would buy these and give them to friends )
