This supplement has been amazing! I've been using it for a little while now, and it totally helps me relax; especially at night. After more research on the consumption of Vitamin D3/K2 is product didn't meet the mark for the DV (daily value) of what I need for the product to be effective. Although it was a great taste and good price point, there appears to be more concentration on Calcium with the other vitamins added versus the main reason for purchase (VitD3K2) as well as this product not having a fat carrier due to Vitamin D being absorbed through "fat" due being fat soluble.
