the exercise is to balance so i'm not sure why stabilitiy is there lol. However i am over 115kg and this can handle my weight. Do not try to step on this bare foot. it will hurt. Wear trainers.

This is not the cheapest wobble board out there. I am disappointed that the grip (on the surface) when your feet are bare on it are kinda painful to the soles of my feet. Don't recommend it if you plan to use it without trainers on. Too late to return unfortunately.

Balance training is important for health and longevity. This is an inexpensive but useful tool - ankle strength and good proprioception (sense of balance) can reduce slips, trips & falls - a major cause of hospitalisation of the elderly,Be careful how you use it - it is designed to be unstable, so careless use does have a significant risk of falling. Not suitable if you have bad balance to start with.

Received in good time and as described. Will take quite a bit of practice to be able to balance on it. My balance is not so good but hopefully this will help in time.

Easy to use, great balance board. I've been using it to help re-stabilise my ankle and gain proprioception following a ligament injury.

Resbala muchísimo,debería llevar alguna parte antideslizante.En el anterior que tuve lo llevaba y vaya diferencia.A ver se le puedo pegar alguna protección porque sinó lo veo peligroso.

Planche adaptable en position basse ou haute de diamètre 39 centimètres avec des petits picots ronds...Pour les plantes de pieds sensibles, il vaut ne pas s'en servir pieds nus et donc se munir de baskets ou de crocs par exemple...Ne pas en faire sur un carrelage car la planche peut éventuellement glisser si on n'arrive pas à tenir l'équilibre tout de suite...Donc pour les débutant(e)s, il vaut mieux au début s'aider à monter dessus en se tenant un meuble : table, canapé...puis enlever ses mains...Avec de l'entraînement, il devient facile de tenir longtemps en faisant des flexions des genoux, en allant de gauche à droite en basculant, puis on arrive même à tenir l'équilibre sur un pied...Je la recommande vivement !
