Highly disappointed!
the package contained mismatched items, making it unusable. The quality is not sure , also without the correct parts, no use. Highly disappointed!. Still not resolved . One manager Mr Amal is trying his best . But he is helpless it seems.

Ply without lamination of Godrej product
Inside packing headboard lamination missing which observed during installation & fixing of bed by the authorized service technician of M/S Godrej. it is not at all acceptable from a company like Godrej. There are no replacement option hence return of this incomplete product is the only option.

Required to maintain the Service time
I booked this bed for myself on 1-Oct-24 and received it on 21-Oct-24 and installed this bed from Godrej on 25-Oct-24. So, booking to installation time is a very long service, approximately one month. Kindly maintain the service time.Otherwise product packaging, quality are all good, value for money.
