L Methylfolate 15mg (5-MTHF) - Active Folic Acid with B6 and B12 - Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free (1 Pack)

I take magnesium for sleep and to prevent night cramps. Regular magnesium gave me diarrhea. This product did not and is working great.

Love it I have had no side effects at all I found out from gene sight test I have something called mtrftr I think that's the acronym lol anyway I don't make folate and this has made my hair after a month of taking quit falling out in hands full my nails are gardening up and not chipping Everytime I use them well worth the price
