Works well for my small breed puppy

I bought two of these for my dogs. One came in before the other. This product did not work. It vibrated continuously, my dog was traumatized by it. I sent them back and received a refund

I didn't pay attention and had it set to shock not just vibrate pomade my little guy wipe, I felt so awful. Got it set now so it just vibrates.

The media could not be loaded. It's too large and inconveniently sized for chihuahuas and other small breeds. It's functionality is good but it tends to go off when she is yawning or not actually barking. There's no way to have the beeping turned off. That's a no for me. I thankfully can turn off the shock function because my poor dog doesn't need to get zapped for yawning. For 20$ it's decent and can be incredibly useful, for the right dog breeds. I will continue it's use until I find something more lightweight, smaller and has breed appropriate sized prongs for the zap feature.

Second item from sane seller. Working well with training my dog. Goid product for the price

This is sad! I bought this for my sister's dog, who barks every moment she's gone from her senior apartment. We set it up to charge it first and have not been able to use it, because the charging cord will NOT come loose. It's stuck in the collar. She only has her Internet modem with a USB connection, and I wouldn't think that that would cause it to fuse to the collar!! Help!!
