Very pleased with this purchase. I love that it is very light. I do not need the laptop for heavy usage, because I have a similar one for work. The work laptop is HP G9 with Intel i7. This laptop is much better than my work laptop.This one works well for me. And the price point is reasonable given the fact that I only use personal laptop for light use.

Great quality for price, Great for business work.

well first it sux and two it fails to update then it keeps dropping the network. 4 hours later and copilot starts telling me what to do. All I wanted was a stand alone machine to help with home theater set up. I guess windows 11 is at the heart of the problem, to bad, it's a well spec'd device. It did arrive on time. One week later and it only gets worse. Simple programs Like REW won't run, can't use Google (says I don't have correct permissions) Make changes to keep the screen on, screen turns of anyway. My old desktop is back in action and runs what I need it to. This is a major headache and to the recycler it goes. Very disappointing.

My dad bought a computer at the same time at Best Buy, and for the same price the best he could get was half the RAM and half the GB. I also shopped around and couldn't find a remotely comparable deal.I've only had the computer for a couple of months but I noticed I can run Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator and InDesign at the same time, and surf the Internet with no delays. If I try to throw a vc video chat in the mix too, I might have to close a few programs.The laptop doesn't overheat even when I'm using while charging. I am really impressed I got such a great laptop for this price.I bought it preparing for unemployment, expecting I would have to buy another when I got a job, but this is so much more functional and durable than my old Macbook Air, for a fraction of the cost of a Pro, and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I love HP laptops. This is my third (covering many years, because they last so long.) But I didn't give this one five stars because of the surprise I got when it arrived. The entire casing, except the touchpad, is textured. Usually I would have quotes and decorative stickers next to the touchpad, and a stick-on cover with perhaps a work of art (my last was The Irises by Van Gogh) on the lid. I can't do that with this laptop, so it is the most boring, dreary laptop I've ever had. Next time if I order one online, I am going to be sure there is no texturing.

Very happy with this computer. Easy to set up, etc and have been using it for several weeks now with no issues or unexpected events.

Great performance and battery life. The case is a little flimsier than I expected, I didn't realize that it was mostly plastic, but after traveling with it I realized it's a lot stronger than what it seems and I actually do like the plastic casing now because it keeps it light. The power button to the keyboard is a little bit weird but I'm used to it now. Has a nice display and good screen size and is overall a good value for the performance that you get. I use this for a work laptop.

Form factor and finish are precisely what I imagined. Good value for money but backlit keyboard would have been nice. Oh and USB-C not powered so cannot use it to extend screen :(
