Love this product! You do need an oil or heavy moisturizer applied first as this product has the consistency of soft wax at first, but melts into your skin as you apply. It did feel a bit sticky while I had it on, but it absorbed pretty well after some time.My skin felt smooth for hours afterwards, has a lovely scent - very tropical. If you use this on your face, be prepared to experience some breakouts.Tan was achieved quickly, in less than an hour. I’m still giving it 5 stars because the only other thing I’ve found that tans you just as quickly was the BaliBody products. Everything else is subpar.

Friend told us about this product so we bought it and took it to Hawaii. Never got so tan! It turns to almost a liquid when it gets hot but is like a hard get when cool. But works great either way.

I don’t tan or burn easily in high altitude and i always peel. This product makes my skin feel really smooth so it doesn’t peel and gave me a nice tan, if you sunburn easy you should use this with spf as well.

Works really well! Others complained of consistency, but if you rub a glob between your palms and then apply it is like an oily lotion.

Oh my word this stuff smells just like everybody says. Like a mango you just cut open. It goes on really nice it does take a little bit for the greasiness to go away. I love that the product has no bronzer in it. So you're not turning orange

100% Honest Review. The packaging for shipping was spot on. No complaints there. The tanning gel itself, meh just okay. It smells wonderful, before and after indoor or outdoor tanning. It is in balm form. I found if you use your hair dryer and heat it up a bit it’s easier to apply. It is EXTREMELY Greasy. It will leave marks on your clothing if you do not wait long enough for it to absorb into your skin. As far as seeing those dramatic dark results after tanning, Nope. Didn’t happen. I actually get better results from Hawaiian Tropic dark tanning lotions and oils. I will still use it. I will just mix it with other tanning lotion or oil to see what results I get that way.Again, it smells wonderful. But the Dark Tan Hype, No.

Okay!! Read the instructions because I put this on my face and body in Florida sun and was out for about 3 hours. Worked amazzzzing but did occur some burning on my face, like eyes swollen and puffy for a day. Read the instructions!!! This tans quickly!
