Stylish Toaster That Gets the Job Done
I bought this Cuisinart Soho 2-slice toaster in the Truffle color and it looks great on the counter. The design is sleek and minimal, which I appreciate since I try to keep the kitchen looking clean and modern. The cord storage in the back is a nice bonus and helps reduce the clutter.Function wise, it toasts well. There are seven browning settings and they actually make a difference. I use the bagel setting a lot and it gives a nice crisp outside without burning the inside. The defrost and reheat options are handy too, especially for frozen waffles or reheating toast without drying it out.One thing I really like is the lever that lifts the toast up a bit higher, so I don’t have to fish smaller slices out with a fork or knife and risk turning breakfast into a trip to the hospital. The buttons light up when you use them, although it would be nice if only the selected function lit up. It’s a small thing but would make it feel a bit more premium.Only real downside is that it’s a little bigger than I expected for a 2-slice toaster. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind if you're tight on counter space.Overall, solid toaster that looks great, works well, and doesn't feel cheap. I’d recommend it if you want something that works well without being an eyesore in your kitchen.

Nice toaster
Toasts both sides almost equally. Is very attractive on counter, no fingerprints. Would buy again for sure.

Find another pretty toaster.
1 star because aesthetically it is nice, except for the black cord. However, this has to be the worst toaster I've ever owned. Problems started one month in. It only starts 30% of the time whe the lever is pushed down. Your toast just sits in there, not toasting. When it does work, it doesn't pop up when it's done. I must've got a dud?

The Buttons Light Up!!!!
I was so pleasantly surprised when I saw that the buttons light up. My husband is legally blind and he was so excited that he could actually read the toaster. It has been an awesome purchase. And it is so classy looking too!

Toasting is not uniform.
Heating elements are inconsistent. Most are glowing red but some are hardly red so toasting is not uniform, I like the cancel button for releasing the toast. I probably should have returned it.

Height
It’s a little taller then my old toaster.

Feel's Cheap and Thin Plastic All Over
Not the quality I've come to expect from Cuisinart.I was genuinely disappointed by this toaster. Even the toasting lever is thin, cheap plastic—it feels fragile right out of the box. Everything about it feels flimsy, giving the impression that it's deliberately designed for planned obsolescence rather than longevity. This is far from the sturdy, reliable build quality I've experienced with previous Cuisinart products.I expected much better.
