Helps my daughter who suffers with cluster headaches,best kept in the freezer

I've used the migra hat a lot. I've used different ones and this one is very comfy and cools head down quickly helping reduce headaches. This is the first one I've not needed to keep in fridge or freezer as it seems to cool itself down in ambient temperature around the house which is really nice. It's got a little pressure on your head as it cools you but not too much. It feels really comfy. Cleaning simple with soapy water and you can chill it if wanted but in general we've not needed to. I will be getting more as I don't like to share and my wife likes it too.

Having went from a cheapy version of this to this specific one, I'm blown away! It's still really affordable in comparison to others on the market. The back of it also reaches to the back of my neck which is so soothing. It's compressing but not in an uncomfortable way. It gets COLD and stays like that for a long time. It also comes with a plastic freezer bag so it doesn't pick up freezer smell which is very well thought out. Eases my headaches quickly (but be careful, it can get so cold that it can cause brain freeze a little bit!) Would recommend. Only reason I take a star off is because it can slide up a little causing your earlobes to fold when wearing but that's honestly better than ear ache from the cold.

brilliant in theory, just not for those with smaller heads, the ear holes were nowhere near my ears, stays colder for longer than other migraine caps i’ve used, not so comfortable around the nose

I love this ice cap! It really helps when i feel a migraine coming on. i love that its soft and plush and not the plastic with the beads in the middle that stick to your skin. its so comfortable that i fell asleep multiple times while wearing. if you are prone to headaches i really do recomend this mask. it also comes with a bag that keeps the fridge smells off of it while its chilling in there, which is a bonus. i used to dedicate a shelf just for my plastic masks to make sure nothing gets on it to make it sticky or smell, but not with this mask, it goes in the bag and can share space.

Perfect and fits so well! Cooling is amazing for migraines. My biggest issue with these caps is no ear holes but this definitely has them and it's so comfy. And I can use headphones with it without issues it's really relaxing.

I get migraines very often. I keep this in my freezer and when a migraine hits I put this on and lay down. The compression along with the cold releive my migraine in about a half an hour. I have about three of these to rotate through. Love it!!!

I did not know it was a Gel Mask when I bought it. I was just looking for a mask that would keep my eyes closed at night without falling off like traditional eye masks. When I first got it and saw it was Gel, I was disappointed. However, on hot nights, it is a godsend. Just pop it in the fridge for a bit (not sure if you can put it in the freezer) and it cools you down so well. My only issue, and why it's a 4-star, is the ear holes are much too small for me, so they create a rather painful "rugburn" like feeling on my ears. The same occurs at the top of my nose. Other than that, it's great. You just slip it on and voila.
