These are expensive and being effective is so important. Addiction is no joke, y'all! The name brand works well, but it's expensive. This is much more affordable while keeping effective. It has the same sticking power as the name brand, but I still use a translucent, thin bandage to keep it on because it can come up on the edges if I have a particularly active day or sweat a lot. Usually, if I clean the area with rubbing alcohol first, it sticks fine on it's own for the full 24 hour period. These show up next day, usually, and I've been waiting 3 days. So, tomorrow is the big day! You can do this, too! The color is translucent enough that it isn't too obvious. It won't stay on skin areas that aren't more firm without help of a bandage. I tested it on my stomach, went to sleep, woke up with it in my shirt. On my upper arm, it works great. Easy to use and to step down from without needing a whole new box at a different strength. I recommend. Anything that lessens the target behavior is a win in my book, and this does. Couple it with a no nicotine vape that has no terrible chemicals (HealthVape), and I'm in it to win it! Also, random tip, online quitting communities are a great resource for stressful moments. Sit with the craving for 10-15 min and it will pass. I quit once and then started again a couple of weeks later. These were invaluable, and I'm doing it for good this time.

Really like that you don't have to go back to the pharmacy every time you want to step down on your patch. Plus this has a 28 mg patch which you can't find anywhere else but it's so easy to cut it down to seven if you need. They're already perforated so no heavy cutting. They work well and if you sweat these are less likely to fall off I believe

Warning: Watch out if you're allergic to latex or get reactions from patch adhesives!! Bought these for low dose off-label use. First box worked great. No issues at all. Second box was awful. Intense redness, itching, and burning no matter where it was applied. Had to stop completely. I'm allergic to latex, so I figure that's the trigger. Or maybe the adhesive changed in this batch. Turns out a bunch of other reviews mention similar latex or adhesive problems. I just didn't see them before buying. If you have latex allergy or skin reactions to tapes, Band-Aids, or patches, probably skip these and look for a confirmed latex-free brand instead. Patch test if you decide to try. I can't speak to how much nicotine is really in them. Some reviews say they don't have much but they stick on well. Nicotine is a great preventative for viruses and is not addictive in this form. Harvard did a study. Look it up or listen to Dr. Brian Ardis. It's an interesting study.
