Wonderful pace to breathe with. Soft colors and calming

I got my today, was kinda stress out I tried it and I calm down alot and then went for my walk. I do breathing exercises when I'm stress but doing them with this helps alot too.

I got these as gifts for the wellness fair. Everyone love them.

This is working great in my classroom as a tool to help visualize 4-part belly breathing. It also just looks cool.Nice quality for the price, and cam boxed appropriate for gifting. This would also be nice for adults, as it is not a childish design (I teach yoga and could easily incorporate this in an adult group).All in all, a good find.

Meditation and breathwork is something that I make sure that I incorporate in my everyday life. I do have tools at my disposal, such as guided meditation apps, but sometimes I just need guided breaths but also silence and this light has been a great tool for me.It does take some time in getting used to, so this is one of those items to make sure that you read the manual well. Each color represents different patterns of breath which having the manual handy the first few times you do your guided breathwork and/or meditation with, can serve you well.I also use this during some of my bodywork sessions as I am a licensed massage therapist in my state. Breathwork can be an important tool for me and my clients/patients, so I use this from time to time during their sessions.This is also very durable and lightweight. Great to carry around for travel!
