Help me curve my appetite..
I have got alot of weight loss to help me curve my appetite off of Amazon and this is one of the first that I can honestly say it works .. it helping me to eat less or nothing at all . And when I do eat I nibble on food .. I absolutely love this..

It really works!
I’m usually hesitant about weight loss supplements but thought I would give it a try because I’m a big fan of Liddell sprays. It actually works! It eliminated my mid afternoon cravings and I’m no longer mindlessly munching. Only downside is it tastes terrible! Like rotten meat. Hold your nose when you spray and follow it with a glass of water or flavored beverage.

I didn't notice a difference.
I took as directed til it was gone. Disgusting liquid. based on the ingredients, I'm sure it's good for you, but as far as weight loss goes, I didn't notice a difference.

How it worked for me.
The only way this truly worked for me (and well) was to spray inside my mouth 4 or 5 pumps first thing in the morning. Then, I would repeat that 2 or 3 more times during the day, especially if I stated to feel hungry. It really helped curb my appetite. I’m ordering again. FYI, I usually only read 1 star comments for ANY product I research. I hope others will see this. I gave it 4 stars because, personally, I don’t read 5 star reviews.

Works for me!
I bought Nov 2021, but didn't really start using it til this July. I find that it really works for me to stop snacking after dinner and craving sweets. Haven't had wt loss yet but I've only been taking it occasionally so I'm hoping for some wt loss with regular use.
