Sony Xperia 1 VI Phone case - Khaki Green

Nice case! I love the official cases Sony puts out for their Xperia line up, are they overpriced, probably, but they are quality, and fit the phone like a glove, feels great to hold and provides adequate protection.

Originally I would've preferred a flip case, but as there isn't an official one I decided to go for this one. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the case - the price is slightly on the higher side, but that is reflected in the build quality. A nice touch is that the flip-out stand is detachable, which prevents it from snapping (instead of snapping/breaking under accidental pressure, it will detach and you can simply re-attach).

Very good case but personally I prefer cases that cover the entire phone but Sony went for the design of leaving the sides exposed as well as the bottom area to expose the charging slot.

This case is quite unique which I love: extra grip and kick stand. The lens protection might be minimal but I'm taking a chance since the case is great.

The quality of the cover is good and the stand is well made. Protect the phone from corners and well made to handle is one hand use. Cover is little bit expensive but worth for your phone and bonus point is that it's from Sony.

Got my first one of these in April 2025, the kickstand is awful. Not only does it not lock in place so you can orientate your phone differently - but if you just look at it wrong it comes off. It does this repeatedly until the plastic bar on the case that the stand attaches to, snaps off completely. When the first one's kick stand flew off and I couldn't find it, I got a refund from amazon and got another because trying to find cases for this phone is a nightmare. Meanwhile, I found the kick stand behind some furniture and reattached it - the stand completely broke off a few months later so I switched to the new one. Which has done the exact same thing - they don't even last 6 months. This is most expensive case I've ever bought and a basic function simply doesn't last. The other thing is that despite the case's texture it's poor to grip, and whilst you can access all the buttons easily and it's aesthetically pleasing - the fit is so tight you feel like its going to snap in the process of removing it; I had to use the thimbles you use to open phones up with -to take it off. I expect more from Sony, especially considering the price
