This product worked GREAT on our recent trip to London. I was able to use my American 120v hair dryer (less than 1600 watts) and flat iron, as well as electric toothbrushes. This is great to have since many appliances that claim to be dual voltage actually aren't, and then you're really inconvenienced unless the hotel has a replacement.I also have to say the customer service is excellent with this company as they got back to me right away and answered my questions quickly and politely. I give this product 5 stars!

This converter worked like a charm. I was out of the country and wanted to use my Dyson hairdryer while away and the converted worked great. Had not issues and was able as if I was home. Very happy with this purchase.

I paid a new product price only to receive an obviously used unit. The packaging was open and the unit itself appears to have had liquid spilled across it at some point. I’ve attempted to test it, but so far as I can tell it isn’t working.

Merchant was very cooperative and quick in responding to me when I advised the product does not work. They even sent me a new product all the way to Argentina, where we were located. Very pleased with the product, merchant is trustworthy!

Finally, found a converter (240 v to 110 v) that works. I tried 3 other brands tha do not work. It is somewhat expensive, but I am happy it actually works.

It worked as expected. Love it!
