This is without a doubt the best balm cleanser I've ever tried! It's softer than most balm cleansers, making it easier to scoop it out. Has no noticeable scent, which is great for sensitive skin. I apply this while my face is dry, to remove every last trace of makeup and sunscreen, then add a little water and the product changes to a milky liquid. I massage that in a lil longer, just to make sure everything is emulsified and then I rinse my face. I do follow it up with a 2nd cleanser, the Tir Tir Enzyme Powder Wash, but I really don't need to. This cleanser leaves no residue on my face. After 1 use of this product, I can tell it has replaced my beloved Banila Clean it Zero balm cleanser. It's a more luxurious product and the packaging just makes me feel fancy. I will repurchase and highly recommend

I used this on a dry face of makeup yesterday and it worked well! It definitely got the makeup off and after adding warm water to emulsify the product, almost my entire face of makeup came off. It’s definitely an oily feeling (clearly it is a cleansing balm so i expected it to feel oily) but it didn’t make my face feel oily after washing it off! I used my toner on a cotton pad after this product to ensure any makeup residue was off of my face. I definitely will continue to use this product! I have no complaints thus far and it did not irritate my skin, irritate any active acne that i have, or break me out (from only one use).

This brand has so many great products & this one did not disappoint. A great 1st step cleanser. Easily removes & dissolves makeup & mascara. Gentle, no fragrance & nice texture. Highly recommended trying this cleanser.

This amazing cream melts away all makeup even waterproof mascara without feeling greasy and leaving your skin feeling so soft and clean.

This balm goes on so smoothly and when emulsified with water the makeup just slides right off. Leaves my face feeling very clean but not dry. I use it as a double cleanse with the enzyme powder and the two together really get the deep down grime.

This product works as described. A little water to emulsify and the makeup just comes off so easily. It is really remarkable. Will buy again when I run out.

I love a good cleansing balm. I liked the spreadability of this balm. It removed my makeup like a dream. I followed it up with an enzyme cleanser. I will subscribe
