Dove Body Wash Hydration Boost 6% Serum + Acne Clear 1% Salicylic Acid Treatments 18.5 oz Each

I just asked a relative to pick up a bottle of Dove bodywash, "any scent," from the drug store. They brought back a bottle of this. The bodywash is fine, but I've messed with the cap at length and I still haven't figured out how to get it to plunge and dispense the contents. I've twisted the cap both clockwise and counter-closewise. I did that while pressing down on the lid and not. I've given up on getting the soap dispenser cap to actually release any of the contents. Next time I'll select a bottle with a different cap design.
