Works best on an empty stomach. I feel like it’s doing its job removing heavy metals from my system. I think it’s doing its job, and you may feel some mild upset stomach or cramping. This cleanse is first, and then onto a parasite cleanse after this heavy metal.

I’ve done cleanses & major work out routines my entire life. I got these bc I’m 41 and the body just ain’t the same. Been having extreme bloating, digestive problems, abnormal lab counts on blood work for liver, skin, hair & hormone insanity. So I took ONE of these pills as soon as I received it. Laid down for a quick nap & was woken up to severe stomach cramping & pain (almost passing out). Never have I experienced this. However! I definitely feel a lot lighter but yikes, it’s like you can feel this sucking everything out of your organs. Lol my stomach AND back are SORE and I’m exhausted! I even had to roll my back on the muscle roller bc I was in so much pain that I couldn’t stand upright. It’s only been a couple hours. Just been chugging water because this will dehydrate you fast.
