GozneyDough Scraper, Green, Silicon Coating and Stainless Steel, Easy to Clean

This handy little dough scraper came just in the nick of time for me. I was preparing pizza dough and struggling with scraping it all off the bowl with my bigger dough scraper. This is relatively flexible and yet sturdy with the silicone outside and the metal inside. This was the tool that I was missing to help me pull together the different stages of my dough. I like the little handle that makes it easy to manipulate in various directions.

I got this because I needed a hand scraper to manage my dough instead of a long handed spatula, and my other scraper was too stiff.This is flexible without bending so much that it’s useless, so you can scrape the sides of the bowl, and it’s not stiff at all like a nylon bench scraper.It’s the right size for your hand to use and the little loop with an edge helps up hold it, though the loop is only useful for hanging it to dry, not for using it.It washes off easy either by hand (preferred for me) or dishwasher.I’ve only used it twice, but works well.Because of that, I can’t vouch for durability yet.I also bought a two-set kitchenaid brand scrapers, and while I use them all interchangeably, I prefer this one, though the edge on it is thicker than the other ones.

It dose what I wanted it to do. When I make cookies I wanted it to help me scrape the dough out of the bowl. Works very good

I love all things kitchen gadgety. This is an awesome little tool. It feels great in the hand and it actually does what it's designed to do, scrape dough out of the bowl. It leaves a nice clean bowl. It's also handy for scraping the dough on the counter. I have an actual metal dough scraper but prefer this one for use on my cutting board because the metal one can leave scratches.

I make baked goods and bread multiple times a week and have relied on other, more traditional, tools to scrape the bowls. Enter this little guy. This scraper is as good as it gets. Flexible, sturdy, exceptionally useful. Cake batter? No problem. High hydration bread dough? Easy peasy. It’s rigid enough to feel sturdy in my hands and flexible enough to adjust to the contours of the bowl. This is a great product and I’m happy to have it.

Good quality dough scraper. This works very well and is easy to use. It fits comfortably in my hand and isn’t too flexible. Perfect for homemade bread and other baking projects.

Many other bowl scrapers for 25% of what they charge for this one that are more functional and easier to use.
