I'm addicted to these! The price is on point, and you don't see some of the flavors in grocery stores.

A little on the sweet side, so I can't eat a full strip in one setting, but the flavor is good.

5 stars for everything and just a mini half star deduction for the added sugars. Yes, this isn't 100% natural. Yes, this has added sugars in it. Yes, these are delicious and still much better to snack on than a candy bar. In fact, when I find myself craving something sweet, one of these will satisfy me just as well as any other sweet treat would. For dessert, I grab one of these with my cup of chamomile tea and happily call that dessert. I find myself taking a bite, and instead of chewing it, I let it melt in my mouth (as if it were a piece of hard candy). The strip lasts longer this way and I also feel the taste develops and comes out more this way too. I initially got these to stick in my bag for long days spent taking my mom to chemo treatments. The texture is soft and moist without being tough and leathery. They are fresh and delicious and even my mom whose taste has been compromised with her chemo treatments, loves them. That, in and of itself, makes these worth every penny. Bonus star because the wrappers are easy to open and don't make loud annoying crinkling sounds when they're opened either. Tho they smell fresh and fruity, the aroma isn't too strong to be noticeable or bothersome. Oh, and yes, they are very affordable too.

Very Disappointed — Bad Taste and Found Mold I really wanted to like these fruit strips, especially since they seemed like a convenient and healthy option for school lunches or snacks on the go. Unfortunately, this product was a huge disappointment. Right from the first bite, the taste was noticeably off. It didn’t resemble natural strawberry flavor at all — instead, it had an odd, artificial taste with a weird aftertaste that lingered unpleasantly. The texture was also strange, more leathery and dry than chewy, which made it hard to enjoy. But the real dealbreaker came when I opened another pack and found visible mold on the strip. That was shocking and incredibly off-putting. I double-checked the expiration date and it was well within the “good” timeframe, which makes it even more concerning from a food safety standpoint. I can’t imagine giving this to a child or anyone, really. This experience has completely changed how I view Welch’s products. I expected much better quality, especially from a brand with such a strong reputation. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing these again and I can’t recommend them to anyone. A snack marketed as “fruitful” and school-safe should at the very least be fresh and edible.

I really wanted to like these Welch’s Fruit Strips, but they were just okay. The texture was tougher and stickier than I expected — not the soft fruit leather type I was hoping for. The flavor tasted more artificial than fruity, and my kids weren’t fans either. For the price, I was disappointed since we usually love Welch’s snacks. They’re convenient for on-the-go, but I probably won’t buy them again.

These snacks taste great and good for everybody who tries them!
