As I’m in my early 50s, I have discovered lots of new aches and pains that I never used to have! One of the worst has been a frozen left shoulder which I have put up with for over a year. I’ve tried different things to help it but nothing really worked well. Then I read about increasing collagen might be the answer. I’ve seen this brand all across my social media and thought might just be hype, but after one particularly bad sleepless night with shooting pains in said shoulder, I cracked and bought these. And I’m so happy I did The day after taking the first dose I had no inflammation pains and felt loads better. I genuinely thought it might be a placebo effect but kept going and after three weeks now, I am pain free. I even skipped a few days and the pain came back . Just to see if these did work! My partner has ruptured lumbar discs and I made him buy these and he is also in less pain. I rarely write Amazon reviews these days unless a product is fantastic and I say that these are. So much so I have just switched to a subscription for them!

Collagen has really improved my skin. Excema was always on the brink of breaking out but sine taking collagen regularly it has totally calmed down. It's good for joints and muscles too. These pills are a convenient way to take it.

Sent very quickly, well packaged. I am hoping for reduced knee pain from these capsules, too soon to know yet!

Had two bottles can’t really notice the difference

I highly rate this brand. Very innovative and good quality ingredients. Before ordering, I couldn’t find for love nor money, the full ingredients listing or the purpose of this product. But I saw COLLAGEN and ANCIENT and BRAVE and took a punt. Downsides for me are that the first ingredient is brown rice flour so this is what it contains most of. Also - for the price you are looking at £1.30 per capsule. So wouldn’t be a sustainable repeat purchase. I love the addition of boswelia serrata as a natural anti inflammatory. I have M.E and autoimmunity so am always trying to calm this and keep it at bay. I’ve taken these for a few days and have to say - Ive felt quite good. Placebo or not. Who can tell. But love the idea. Just less filler and more substance please.
