I bought this to replace the stock .125 B string that came with my bass. The stock nickel strings are from a different brand and do sound much brighter, so there is a tonal difference between the original four strings and the new D'addario B string. I hope the other strings will dull over time and the tones will be similar. I much prefer the tone of the D'addario string in a mix - warmer and more like a great bass guitar tone without the fizzy unwanted high end string noise.

135er Bass Saite gekauft. Klanglich super. Spielt sich super. Bisher eine Woche in der Nutzung und kein Klangverlust. „Langzeitbewertung“ daher noch nicht möglich. Endlich eine Möglichkeit gefunden, kein komplettes Set für eine Seite kaufen zu müssen. 😅

C'est une bonne corde. Je l'utilise pour accorder ma basse en DO (elle a un diapason long), parfait pour moi.
