I bought this to use for my surround sound system to my cable box. The item works exactly as described and was much cheaper than in any store. Easy hook up after I removed the little plastic caps on the ends of the cord. Took a minute to figure that out. But other than that great product and I would recommend to anyone.

For the price. I think it worked as well as the other more exspensive ones.

This cable really does improve the quality of sound. After ordering cables from Amazon, I would never spend a lot of money for similar cables somewhere else. These arrive quickly and serve the purpose well.

I'm used to optical cables being a bit thicker than this one, to try and prevent cable damage. I babied it a bit connecting it, and so far no problems.
