I use this for vlogging and capturing 360 videos while on my motorbike, and I can't fault it. Excellent that when looking back at the footage you realise that the camera has captured events that you may have missed! The audio is nice and clear, even more so if you get the 360 audio adapter for your own external microphone. As for the footage, I haven't tried the 8K resolution yet, I have however tried the 5K+ and the quality is crystal clear, during the day or night. Editing is incredibly easy, whether it's on the app or a laptop, they have a basic editor, pro or even choose the AI tool to edit it for you.

Great 360 camera
I used the camera a couple of times a week for vlogging - it's truly brilliant for the money! It feels really solid and well made too, and is a doddle to use.

Only had a Quick play around with the cam & Editing software but seems really good ...top seller brill camera thanks, I think I will be taking out the extended guarantee just incase it's worth the 33 quid extra for piece of mind

Probably the best buy I've ever made, the quality is astounding and the free software for the pc makes things so easy to achieve (you must have a powerful PC to use it though). The mobile software is also free and v easy to use. Simply buy the X4.

Not as advertised
The Insta360 X4 will not produce the type of videos shown unless you are subscribed to Adobe Premiere Pro studio. The application supplied will produce videos only of the scene ahead, so the camera does little more than a mobile phone, which costs nothing.

Nice camera but overrated, no GPS.
It is a nice camera, yes it claims to do 8k video, but not real 8k, also I found it surprisingly that this camera has no GPS inside, thus functionality is a bit disappointing, for GPS must buy a very expensive GPS remote, this camera should be able to take GPS from the phone, but connectivity is never stable, so you can't rely on the phone. As for GPS remote, despite it is very expensive accessory it still loses GPS signal constantly. Also, there is no GPS icon or anything that indicates GPS connection on the camera's screen.
