I love this hearty cereal. It doesn't get soggy like other cereals. It has 10 grams of protein per serving. While it's not the tastiest cereal (prevents me from overeating this). If you find this cereal to be bland, top it off with some berries or a banana. You can also add a small amount of protein for additional flavor. For me, this cereal is a keeper.

My pops started getting these and I started eating them so basically he buys me a box separately now. I never used to eat these now I do. The taste is great the quality is great the value for the box is great and also the texture and crunch is not hard. So if you're worried about the carbon content I can't really speculate on that but it's not much. Anyway who's thinking about cars when they're eating a box of special case cereal. Anyway I hope that crunches your desire to know more about this.

Pretty tasty for a healthy cereal

Tastes similar to original Special K, but the texture is somewhat crunchier.

Very crunchy & satisfying.

Thought the cereal wasn’t wet enough, but I let it soak for five minutes. It was still hard It had pieces in it. That was extremely hard. And there's no taste to them

Love this cereal. Eat it almost every morning.
