High quality case makes for a returning customer
I just upgraded from the 4th Gen iPad Air to the 7th Gen iPad Pro. I’ve had the iPad Air for the better part of 5 years, and have had this same case on it since day one. When I got the new iPad Pro, I didn’t bother shopping around for cases. I’ve been so beyond satisfied with the first one I purchased, that I knew I wanted the exact same one for my new iPad. If you’re looking for a high quality, minimal case, look no further. You will not find a better case for the price. In the years I’ve spent with the first one, I’ve never found myself wishing I had purchased something else. You get the same premium look and feel of the Apple folio case (which mind you, is 4x the price of this one) with the added benefit of the magnetic clasp that helps keep the pencil securely in place. Keep in mind that this is a borderless case, so don’t expect any sort of drop protection; but if like me, you use the iPad for work, school, or casual media viewing at home, this is a great case that will protect your investment from the day to day wear and tear of setting it down, transporting it in your bag etcetera. The magnets are strong, and it’s very steady when used as a stand. I often use sidecar with my iPad to extend the screen of my MacBook, and this case pairs great with that. The material feels great in the hands too. My original case (shown in the pictures) stood the test of time well. There is no part of it that has degraded or come apart in any way. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate even for a moment to recommend this case to anyone looking for a practical and economical way to protect their iPad, while preserving the beauty of it’s design.

Great Case for a Great Value
I’ve had this case for a few days now and I’m definitely impressed by the quality. I purchased the brilliant white case and it arrived 2 days later. The product packaging was slightly ripped where I open it up, but the product inside was completely fine. In short, if you are looking to get a clean, durable, and simplistic case for your iPad, you should definitely go with this one. Below, I put a few more details on what I feel are the key aspects of the caseMagnetic: The case magnetizes to the back of the iPad and it holds securely, just like the photo of it being held by the front flap. It’s super easy to take on and off as well. Also, the flap that holds the pencil covers it completely and can fold back to stick to the case so you don’t have it flopping around on the side when using the iPad.Durability: At first I was a little worried that the case would be easily scratched, but I’m happy to be wrong. I tried pressing and running my fingernail across it (with a fair bit of pressure too) and it doesn’t leave any impressions or markings at all. (again, I bought the white case, so the black may leave a mark, but no impression).Texture: The case feels good when holding it and doesn’t slip out of my hands which is great. It has a faux leather sort of texture which looks and feels very clean.Overall, I’m super impressed by it and I’m glad I made this purchase. I’ve been needing a case for a while and I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Solid and sleek cover
Good strong magnets. Clean grippy outer surface, never afraid I’m going to drop the iPad. Flap over the pencil is fantastic and keeps the pencil very secure. No issues with alignment or fit. Decent stand stability when upright. Tends to flop down when in the horizontal wedge position though. Would like to see it a bit more stable when in the low incline position for typing. Overall though a great cover and easy to recommend.

Awesome for watching videos on my iPad and keeping my iPad upright when I am using the iPad for my cycling workouts. Fits perfectly and looks sleek with my iPad. Doesn't add too much bulk and keeps it protected.

Solid Case - Apple Pencil Protection
I have had multiple iPads over the years and have always bought Apple folio cases. These cases were fine pre-Apple Pencil, but since the Apple Pencil has become something I can’t live without, I’ve been incredibly irritated by knocking the darn thing off my iPad when putting it into a bag or simply carrying it around. The number of times I've had to rescue my Apple Pencil from the bottom of my laptop bag or retrieve it after it rolled under my bed is absurd. I don't know why I didn't look for a case with a flap closure before now, but here we are.Enter this ESR case. I wish I had gotten this sooner and not wasted my money on the Apple-branded folio. This case feels luxurious and attaches to my 13” iPad Pro like a champ. The magnets holding the iPad in place are super strong, and the magnetic flap closure is very secure. This case protects my iPad and keeps Apple pencil from getting lost. Then, the magnetic flap flawlessly folds back and out of the way when using my iPad.I was so shocked by the quality that I had my husband close his eyes, and I handed him the Apple and ESR folios. When asked which one felt more expensive, he picked the ESR folio. After opening his eyes, I asked him which one looked more expensive, and he picked the ESR folio again. He was shocked that the Apple folio felt so cheap in comparison. ESR was the clear winner, and it's 1/4 of the price!I’ve only had this ESR folio for about a week, but so far, it’s hands down the best iPad folio I’ve ever owned. I will update my review if anything changes as I use it, but I think I can safely say I’ve found a winner when it comes to iPad folio cases.
