I was able to paint my ceiling. I would have never imagined I would be able to accomplish this. I followed the instructions and eventually conquered the task.

Worked as described; just need to be sure to not put too much paint on the pad. I did use a brush to get a nice line between the ceiling and the wall leaving about an inch to use the Paint Edge Trimmer to get a nice straight-line between the wall and the ceiling. It also worked great around the kitchen cabinets where the roller could have been too bulky.

Helped me paint 20 ft high walls and right by the ceiling, without getting paint on the ceiling. Just be patient and use a paintbrush to put the paint on it and it saved me a lot of time!

Not super impressed with this product as it does not do a great job of edging the paint. I found it very difficult to keep paint off of the edges. It was easy to use and was a good quality for the price. Just didn’t work the best for our project.

Handles will not stay locked. Trimmer wasn’t detailed enough so it got paint on the ceiling. Corner piece did not actually reach the corners, leaving them completely unpainted. Flimsy material. Disappointed. Don’t waste your money. Buy a nice trim brush instead.

This little tool is a must have for painting the edging at the ceiling of your room. It’s easy to use and clean after use. It’s a huge time saver versus painters, tape and allows for a nice straight edge without smudging the crown molding. This is a great value for the money and extremely functional. I bought one for my daughter when she moved into her new house. She needed to paint four rooms. She really found it very useful.

Maybe we just aren't good at using it, but we didn't feel like it helped much with edges. We still got paint on the ceiling and ended up having to go back and touch up. However, this was a game-changer when it came to touch-ups. Because of the bristles, we were able to touch up spots that the roller brush didn't cover completely (like the little white specks on textured walls that's hard to get a brush into). This product worked wonders on that. So, we did end up getting use out of it, just not as much of an "edger".
