It sure is a scoop
It's a scoop. It's the right size, basically, it does it's job and doesn't make too big a mess. And it got here quickly. Would buy again

Only accurate for Huel original powder.
This 50g scoop is accurate for the original Huel powder (serving size is 2 scoops 100g), but is incorrect for the superblend (2 scoops 66g) and black edition powder (2 scoops 90g).
