The item was purchased as a present for a friend for all her good deeds to my wife. The friend has a golden Labrador now about 6 months old. She likes the model very much. However on the downside with regard to Amazon transactions and I have written twice. You have taken small amounts from my account namely 3/7/2019 Amazon Prime * m601w £7.99 and 5/8/2019 Amazon Prime * mh80k £7.99. I have received nothing and I have no knowledge of them. Beautiful little ornament however sadly it arrived broken (leg had broken off) packaging definitely needs to change to prevent future breakages!

My Daughter is delighted with 'puppy'. Looks so real life too. This is her second one & they sit proudly on our door-step.
