Apparently these are only as good as your normal peppermint chewing gum. My mum suffers with dry mouth because of medication, l was hoping this would do the trick. But no.

The wording and photo on this product are misleading and do not represent what you actual get when in your order. I've bought this gum three times so far this year and each time I have received 2 blister packs containing 10 units, so 20 units in total. Therefore they are 20p each, or 17p if you get your 15% off with Subscribe and Save, which still makes them fairly pricey for a piece of flavourless gum. But, if like me, you're really not a fan of mint/menthol/etc in your gum it is a bit of a god send. I've tried a lot of other things for my dry mouth problems over the years, from sprays to pastels and mouthwashes, etc but this has honestly been the best one for me so far. It starts working almost immediately, but as I get bored of chewing gum I tend to only chew on it for 10-15 minutes or so. That doesn't seem to matter though as the effects seem to last for quite a while after I have gotten rid of it, and I also find that if I sip water or suck on some ice during or just afterwards it really helps to boost my natural saliva production too which feels so much better than any artificial way of combating the dryness. I wish that they were a little cheaper, but at the same time they are a very good product, especially if you take advantage of the Subscribe and Save offer.

Just what what we wanted!

I assumed 10 units meant 10 boxes with 12 pieces of gum in each. The picture shows 12 pieces on the card and the title says "10 units" so that was the basis for my assumption. I shouldve asked first. There was only one single box of gum and the card inside contained only 10 pieces of gum, not 12 as shown. So the "10 units" just meant 10 pieces. When you add in the shipping this puts each small piece of gum at over $1 each! I bought these for my mother who takes multiple medications and has an extremely dry mouth all the time. She said the worked fine except that she also gets the same relief from any kind of gum such as Extra (with Xylitol) which I buy from Costco at a much better price than this! She also thinks the Extra gum lasts longer. Don't waste your money on this!

Good price and availability

totally misleading. the picture shows 12 pieces of gum. when description says 10 units, i thought it meant 10 actual packs of gum with 12 pieces in each. i would never had thought each little piece of gum would be over 1 dollar each, plus shipping!!!! soooooo not worth it. i would not recommend this at all. such a waste of money
