Does exactly what it claims, for a very fair price.
I'm using this inside an aluminum project box as a flicker-free dimmer for 12VDC LED strip lights, for video illumination. It works perfectly and is remarkably compact. The dimmer pot is smooth and well-chosen, and the terminal block is good. You'll want to be sure the heat sinks get airflow or direct contact with a good radiating surface - that's why I went with an aluminum box.If you're willing to measure carefully & know your way around basic electronics, this & the box will give you a superb flicker-free dimmer solution for about 1/4 the cost of a pre-made one.
