Curl Defining Brush, 2024 Newest Boar Bristle Curl Defining Brush, Shaping & Defining Curls for Women（Green）

I got this brush to better care for my little guy's extremely curly hair, and it's great. I'm still learning, but this brush definitely does a lot of the work. The handle is perfect for separating layers, I even use it on my own hair for that, and the edges make separating each curl fast work. It detangles so gently also, so I don't need to use another brush for that which is a win! It's very sturdy also, so I expect it to last us a while, but I would buy again if it broke, or needs replaced.

The first picture is after using the brush for the very first time. The second picture is before I owned the brush. I have always struggled to get my hair to clump. I don’t get those perfect curls that other girls get. I kind of get a big frizzy mess. lol. This brush is amazing! It was so easy to use. I used it as soon as I put all my product on my hair while it was still soaking wet. I just let it air dry. It was so easy. I did do it in sections which really wasn’t hard at all. I would highly recommend giving this brush a try. The price point was much better than some of the high-end ones and it worked every bit as good in my opinion.

I have 4A /3C hair It’s great but it does take longer to style. I’m not use to working in thin, small sections so if you are by all means this is a really good product! If you don’t work it smaller sections there’s quite a lot of frizz ir the picture provided. I gave 4 stars only because it not the quickest way to style but I definitely use it when I have the time and I’m never disappointed so please don’t let that loss of a star affect your decision!

To begin, I have frizzy curls (3B/3C).This brush had me stressed! As I brushed small sections of hair through, the shaft closer to the roots were coming out a bit frizzy while the ends curled beautifully.Once I finished brushing each section, I did a little scrunching and allowed it to dry. THE CURLS! Oh, the curls were so amazing.It made my curl pattern so much tighter and more coiled. I loved it.You have to trust the process.

I'm fairly lazy when it comes to, well anything, which means usually for my curl routine I used to just comb out throw some mousse in there scrunch a bit and call it good. Adding this to my routine has given me better defined curls with really no extra work. I've even tried without mousse on lazy days I know I'm going to re-define the curls soon and not see anyone and it still looks pretty great. Since two came in the package I gave to a friend who had similar results!

This arrived and I won’t even try to use this on my hair out of fear of damage. There are two types of bristles on this brush. You can see in the photos that the bristles with the colored tips are missing, some of them are pressed down into the body of the brush and there’s a huge gap with no bristles whatsoever. The “boars hair” bristles are just synthetic plastic or nylon. Immediately returning this and avoiding styling my wet wavy hair with this poor quality brush.

I was pretty skeptical that this would work - but I'll be danged, it actually did! I just brush my hair like I usually do (I have wavy hair, not super curly but not straight). It's not like it makes it full on curls from straight hair, however, it does define my curls and make them pop out more. For the little bit of investment, I would recommend!

This brushes hair. It does not, however, help section my hair into larger clumps for better defined curls. The ridges at the end don’t do much; a wide-tooth comb does the job better. But does it brush hair? Yes it does.
