Defective product! Don’t buy ! Used one time and now it won’t turn on correctly.. pressed button to turn on and it does not turn

I thought the product didn't work but the seller was able to help me out so I'm changing my review to 4 stars. Seller told me you have to hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds for the product to turn on. I find it strange how that works but at least it's working now. Thank you

Works very well, feels like it can handle a lot and not too loud when on . Battery lasted a while . Very durable and not flimsy. Overall comfortable .

I would not recommend - as soon as i opened the box a horrible chemical could be smelled so I left it out of the packaging for a couple days to see if it would go away, nope. I washed it with antibacterial soap 3 times and still smelled awful. I did some research and this is due to “outgassing” and the use of Phthalates to make the rubber softer. It’s actually really not good for you. Thankfully i was able to do a return less refund and this little bugger is straight to the trash.
