These magnetic cable clips are a simple but game-changing addition to my desk setup. The pack of five was very reasonably priced at $11, and the magnets are strong enough to hold cables securely in place on my Secretlab metal desk. They’ve helped keep cords organized and off the surface, making my setup look cleaner and more functional. Compared to Secretlab-branded magnetic accessories, these are much more cost-efficient without sacrificing quality. Installation is effortless—just place them where you need them, and the magnets do the rest. The only minor limitation is the pack size: five clips may not cover extremely large setups, but for most desks, it’s plenty. 💡 Tip: Use them for frequently moved cables like charging cords or peripheral connections—they make swapping cables quick and hassle-free. These were a perfect solution to a cable management problem which I had been solving with stick-on silicone holders for several years. Unfortunately, those tend to degrade over time, and the adhesive doesn't remove cleanly when they do, so you end up with unsightly residue left behind. I did a search for something similar, and these magnetic clips came up. They do come with stick-on metal disks for placement on non-magnetic surfaces, which could have issues if you want to move/remove them, but for my specific case they're perfect, as my desk has a steel frame. A few of these deployed on the desk frame made quick work of getting the cable in question under control, and the magnets are strong enough that I have no concern that they're going to pop off without a lot of effort.

I purchased a secretlab desk and was looking at thier magnetic cable holders. They sell 3 for $25, got these for $10 for 5. Magnets are strong and my peripheral cables stay in place. Glade I found these.

I bought these to use inside of a plant cabinet and they work well for holding cords in corners or on the top. I find that this helps keep things inside my plant cabinet looking more organized, which is exactly what I wanted.

Perfect solution for my gazebo fan cord! I was worried about what size to get that would accommodate the standard 3-wire cord- the Large was perfect. They stuck right to the metal frame of the gazebo. Come winter when I bring the fan in, the will quickly and easily come off the frame. Not a super strong hold, but enough to hold the wire up, though we haven’t had extremely high winds yet either. If they come off, no big deal, stick them back on.

Great product, works as described. Since I was using it on metal I didn't need to try the adhesive backing. The magnet is strong and can keep a cable secure but I wouldn't trust it to hold anything fragile that's over roughly 0.25 lbs. Works great for cable management.

Great if your cables are individual. Magnets struggle with any more than a single cable.

The amount of cables I have around my setup would make the Spaghetti Monster proud. It's....a lot to be honest and after a while they cross over and then changing one is a mare. Enter the cable holder - in this case magnetic ones. You get 5 in the box which come with disks, so if you're attaching it to something non-metal, you can stick the disk down and then you have a metal surface. In my case however, I'll be using the side of a PC chassis, so no need for disks. First, the one teeny tiny criticism is that they could do with being a smidge bigger, because the cable route isn't the biggest. It's fine with keyboard and mouse cables, but I had a USB-C cable which was a touch chunkier and it just fits (I can't however easily pull more cable through), so yeah, an extra 2 mm on the size would mean LAN cables or the slightly thicker than norm cables would be fine. On the other side - the magnets are STRONG. I recently had a graphics card support and the magnet on that was WAY weaker. I was literally pondering if I could use these magnets instead somehow as for something pretty small, they're powerful. (Not the first time I've said that). If you use these either on a desk or on a chassis, you won't have any issues with regular cables but slightly chunky cables might be a touch tight and you probably won't be able to pull it through should you need to. BUT if you're thinking keyboard n mouse, then these are great. Wish there was 10 though. ;)

For that alone they are brilliant, because every other type I've tried is so damn easy to accidentally knock off. My only frustration is that they don't actually attach to the cable, they are just there to hold it. Because the magnets are so strong and the cable gap is a good size, you can pull the cable through to get more length if you need it, but you'll probably have to pull off the magnet and reattach it properly when you're done using it. A minor inconvenience, but still a great product. Recommended.
