I've always had good luck with Eastern European cosmetic companies. To help cellulite 1. Proper nutrition 2. Exercise routine (simple and fun like dancing and pilates for me) 3. Scrubs and gels similar to this one. After not exercising for a year due to injury I started to develop dimpled thighs. After using a scrub in the shower, I massage this or any other "hot" gel/cream and leave it on. If I have extra time to give myself a spa day I wrap yourself in plastic wrap, put on a bathrobe and get under the covers for a "sauna" experience. After a couple of weeks (1-2x a week) I very good improvement in the texture of my thighs.

It really makes me heat up and sweat. I wear it right before a my work out and I'm sweating bullets. Only thing is it doesn't last long. So right after I apply, I have to work out. If I don't, there is no effect.

Doesn’t work... I used this twice a day and no sweat. No tingly sensation or anything to imply it’s working... no sweat in the sauna or when working out. I waited till the entire bottle finished to leave my review and I hate that I wasted money on something that didn’t work. Maybe I got a bad bottle? Either way, very disappointed...

I use it after a warm shower. Also I wrap my thighs with plastic wrap after application, wear a pair of legging or sweats and keep the cream on as long as I feel the burn (~2 hours).

product is really good, it does what it promise, heat up the skin, I keep it on my legs warped in plastic for 2-3 hours instead 10-15 minutes and it is melt some bumps on my skin! Good price, will use it again

Mir gefällt.Es wird empfohlen die Creme nach der Massage als Body-Wrapping-Creme zu verwenden und die betroffenen Stellen mit einer Body-Wrapping- oder Frischhaltefolie umzuwickeln, um die Wirkung zu verstärken.

Sehr schneller Versand, die Creme ist toll. Ich mache Wickel mit Frischhaltefolie jeden zweiten Tag + Übungen natürlich. In zwei Wochen sieht man die Cellulite nicht mehr wie vorher. Ich mache es weiter, damit sie ganz weg ist.Man braucht die Creme nur gaaaaanz dünn aufzutragen, da sie sehr sehr brennt, Vorsicht!10-20 min reicht, manchmal kann ich sogar 30-40min aushalten. Wenn jemand das Brennen gar nicht mehr aushalten kann, mit Essig drüber gehen ( nach abwaschen)- das hilft sofort.

Die Creme wärmt ordentlich und angenehm, ich kann es bis 2 Sunden aushalten. Über die Wirkung kann ich noch nichts Genaues sagen, habe bis jetzt nur 2 mal verwendet. Ich kombiniere diese Creme mit Destock von Vichiund habe schon ein paar Kilo abgenommen. Natürlich unterstütze ich das alles mit dem gesunden Essen.

Ich habe sie nun dreimall ausprobiert. Jeweils immer mit eine kleinen Zupf- und Knetmassage. Ich komme aus der Kosmetikbranche und weiß durchaus wie man solche Cremes anwendet. Zweimall habe ich sie anschließend mit einer Folie umwickelt, das eine Mal nicht. Ich habe bei keinem der 3 Male auch nur einen Hauch von leichter Wärme gespürt. Absolut rein gar nichts von Wärme. Das ist die schlechteste, wärmende Creme, die ich je gekauft habe! Sie hat nicht einmal einen Stern verdient. Hinzu kam sie mit irgendwelchen komischen Papieraufklebern bei mir an. Macht auch keinen guten Eindruck. Ich werde bei meiner alten Creme bleiben, denn die wärmt wirklich.
