It’s a little shocking!
Works fine. Of course no change yet, but we will see.

LOVE IT!
Ok so I read some reviews and saw that some people said it wasn’t strong. The first time I tried this my skin was dry and it wasn’t very strong but then I used it with product on my face and I had to turn down the setting because WOW!!! I felt that and saw it working. I’m definitely going to continue to use! Follow the directions because it says not to use on dry skin. 😉

this is NOT microcurrent. it's EMS
As somebody who has used at-home devices for YEARS, I know the difference between microcurrent and EMS (Google them to understand the difference). EMS causes strong facial twitching. Microcurrent does not. They feel very very different if you've done them both, and this device is 100% EMS and not microcurrent. EMSis also used for facial rejuvenation, but I wanted microcurrent. This item listing is incorrect and in my opinion fraudulent. They are selling a "microcurrent " device that is an EMS device. If you want an EMS/LED device then I guess buy this. I'm returning it and reporting this page. Getting sick of total lack of quality control on Amazon From google: "EMS primarily focuses on stimulating muscles to build strength, while Microcurrent targets skin rejuvenation and anti-aging at a cellular level. A nice addition to skincare routine
The handheld design and white color give it a sleek, modern look, and it's easy to hold and use. It also makes for a great gift, as the packaging is quite nice. But, the results are pretty slow. It's good for helping your skincare stuff work better, but don't expect a huge difference right away. You gotta stick with it for a while to see anything. It's good for a relaxing face massage, but it's not some miracle cure. Basically, it's a decent addition to your routine, but don't expect spa-quality results.

Pleasant experience each use, especially while the facial rollers are cooled 😍
Reviewing: Handheld Microcurrent Facial Toning Device - White This device instantly became a favorite after initial use and quickly adapted into my normal skin care routine. I've been using this for a little over a month, once or twice a day with serum for 5 minutes each session and haven't had any negative experiences so far. The massager is very pleasant to use, the microcurrent isn't "zappy" or shocking in anyway, at least with my use. I rarely, if ever, use Gear 3-6, I find at those levels the microcurrent is uncomfortable. Starting with Gear 1 for a minute or so I switch to Gear 2 and will remain on that level until I'm done using it. I keep the device in room temperature inside the included storage pouch and the facial rollers are always cool to touch when I start using it, but eventually fades during use. I haven't tried storing the product in cooler temperatures to see if the coldness effect is prolonged, but I don't imagine it would be any significant difference. The coolness of the rollers during initial use is really relaxing, and one of my favorite parts of this massager. It's unfortunate it only lasts about a minute until it warms up to body temperature. To clean, I wipe a damp soft cloth on the rollers and handle until all oil and product is removed. The product is well made overall, has a long battery life, and very relaxing and comfortable to use. A few improvements/suggestions would be: shorter auto shut off time, maybe ~5-10 minutes instead of an hour. I mainly rely on the auto shut off feature to know when to stop using or alternate. Additionally, a cooling mode to keep the facial rollers cool through the entire massage session would be a great enhancement.

A little misleading but decent overall
I was under the impression that the balls vibrated or rotated themselves - they do not. They will move as you manually wipe these across your face. I don't think the microcurrent was as strong as some of the other devices I've used but they do work better if you use it with a serum or some sort of moisturizer. Overall, this is a decent product just not exactly what I thought I was ordering since I assumed based on the photos that the balls actually rotated to help massage the product into your skin, but that is not the case. I don't think this is something that I will use very often unfortunately, I have microcurrent massagers that I like more and that actually massage my face and that have a stronger current which I prefer and will most likely use more frequently than this device. I would say this is geared more towards someone younger or who hasn't used many microcurrent product and is just starting to try them out.

So-so
I lost weight after giving birth and found that my skin was a little loose, so I bought this product. I used it on my face for the first time and there was no problem. A few nights ago, I used it on my neck and it pinched two bruises on my neck. So it can be used on the face, but it is not recommended for the neck and chin.
